What you might work on
Depending on the specific position that opens, your day could include:
- Delivering first-class support via live chat, email and basic billing queries.
- Retaining at-risk customers through active listening and tailored solutions.
- Coordinating with tutors and booking lessons to keep every class on track.
- Solving ad-hoc operational challenges across multiple European markets.
- Partnering with our Global Customer Care Managers to improve processes and share market feedback.
